Engineering Lab Project (ELP)

The Engineering Lab Project offers students from the Faculties of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering & Information Technology the opportunity to solve an engineering task together in a team within two project weeks.
The participants have access to the available laboratory equipment from robotics, additive manufacturing and production engineering.
The project task is solved in three teams: "Arduino & Sensors", "Design & Production" and "Robotics & Handling". At the beginning of the project, the students select their team and then coordinate the course of the project on a regular basis. On the last day, they present the joint solution to the faculty and industry partners involved.

Following the project work, students have the opportunity to attend specialization workshops with cooperating industrial partners in order to deepen the skills they have acquired and experience their application in industrial practice.
