Studies and international affairs

Management of the department

The Department of Studies and International Affairs is the central point of contact for orientation, information and counseling, as well as for application and enrollment. You've come to the right place even before you start your studies, during all phases of your studies right through to the transition to the world of work. In our department you will find the International Office, the Office for Student Affairs, the Central Student Advisory Services (ZSB) and Talent Promotion.

International Office

Management

The International Office is the hub for all of the university's international activities. The task of the International Office is to coordinate international relations at Fachhochschule Dortmund. The staff of the International Office inform, advise and support international students during their studies in Dortmund and all students and staff in planning their stays abroad or international projects.

Office for Student Affairs

Management

All matters relating to applications, allocation of study places, enrolment, examination matters and de-registration are coordinated by the fixed contact persons at the Student Office for each degree program.

The Office for Student Affairs thus accompanies important and essential phases of the student life cycle.
