The library is now offering all UAS members access to the Scopus citation and abstract database from Elsevier. The service is initially available for three years.
In addition to the bibliographic details and information on the citation frequency of a publication, you will find abstracts, a link to the full text where applicable and references to other related documents. A wide range of disciplines is covered in the form of publications in English, German and other languages. With the help of various facets, the search result can be narrowed down to the essentials.
A VPN connection is a prerequisite for use. In order to be able to use extended functionalities - for example the possibility to save results - it is necessary to create a personal account. Please use your FH e-mail address for this.
The library would like to thank everyone who provided feedback on Scopus during the one-month test phase. If you have any questions about the database, please get in touch (see contact form in the right-hand column).
