Starter kit for first semester students

Here you will find information about the semester fee, your FHKennung and FHCard as well as times and deadlines for your studies.

Semester fee
The semester fee must be paid by each student each semester. It is made up of various components, e.g. the contribution to the Studierendenwerk Dortmund (social contribution).

The FHCard is a fully-fledged student ID card. You can find more information on the Fachhochschule Dortmund intranet site after logging in.

FHKennung: Your personal user ID
All students and employees receive a personal FHKennung at the start of their studies or employment. The FHKennung allows you to log in to various services.
