The "Precious Networks" is an event that provides a stage for applied research at Dortmund University of Applied Sciences and Arts and promotes sustainable exchange between science, Business Studies and society. Taking place every two years, the event reflects the professional diversity of Fachhochschule Dortmund and at the same time provides new impetus for further cooperation within and outside the university.
In a festive atmosphere, professors present their research projects together with their cooperation partners from industry, Business Studies, society, associations and other scientific institutions. They report on innovative processes, present forward-looking (further) developments and raise awareness of social issues. In addition, the annual winners of the research prize present their research work and results to a select audience.
The valuable aspect of this event is not just the insights that our researchers have gained in their projects and share with the invited guests. Rather, it is the interplay of theory and practice, or rather the networking of our researchers with industry, Business Studies and society - the valuable networks for the future.
