The Faculty of Design at Dortmund University of Applied Sciences and Arts pursues an international orientation - on the one hand through the exchange of students and staff with numerous partner universities within and outside Europe, and on the other hand through regular excursions.
In its internationalization strategy, the faculty has set itself the goal of
- prepare its students for the international professional world by promoting international activities,
- to promote the intercultural competence of its staff,
- strengthen the international experience and networking of its teaching staff and researchers and
- to cooperate closely with a network of foreign universities.
