HILF-Projekt "BAU-KUNST-STOFF"

Fast facts

About the project

Architecture
Architecture has a great ethical and sustainable responsibility towards society. Environmental compatibility and resource efficiency are becoming increasingly important in view of global challenges such as climate change and population growth. We teach and conduct research on this in the Faculty of Architecture.

Building materials
Building materials influence the functionality, sustainability and adaptability of a building. Conserving resources and the energy efficiency of materials play a more important role than ever in 21st century architecture. In the field of building materials technology, the focus is on promoting the intuitive understanding of our students.

Plastics
Plastics play an important role in society with far-reaching problems but also potential. In the context of resource conservation and a functioning circular economy, plastics recycling is fundamental. Our "BAU - KUNST - STOFF" project focuses on raising awareness of the topic through practical application.
