Mentoring
The Faculty of Computer Science offers students mentoring, study progress meetings, study progress advice and learning coaching throughout their studies. Our mentors provide close support, particularly during the introductory phase of studies.
The advisory services include topics such as study organization, studyability, learning difficulties, individual organization and semester planning.
A major concern of the faculty is to offer all students in various life situations the opportunity to design their studies individually and thus do justice to the heterogeneity of our target group.
In addition, mentors offer departmental counseling to students who are interested in studying computer science.
Internship semester office
The internship semester office is the organizing and advisory unit for the internship semester. Students can seek advice here on general questions about the internship semester and receive up-to-date information and dates. Support measures are offered for students who are unable to find an internship on their own.
